Using it
This chart shows percentage of companies in Using it - week over week.
Each bar represents the full respective week plus the 3 weeks leading up to it.
The Target Audience filter is applied to each week retrospectively, meaning 100% in a given week, represents all companies that matched the current Target Audience filter in that week.
Using it: Movements
This chart shows the company account movements for the Using it and Stopped Using it states. The chart shows the absolute count of company accounts that entered the Using it and Stopped using it states in the respective week. Companies enter Stopped using it the week after failing to match the adoption criteria.
This chart is crucial to understanding the Using it adoption percentage. For example, if the Using it percentage goes stale, it can be for one of two very different reasons:
No new companies starts using this feature and no companies stops using this feature. (The product is working, companies keep using it. The feature doesn't have a leaky bucket. Getting more active companies to use this feature is a marketing issue)
New companies are starting to use this feature at the same rate as existing companies are stopping their use of this feature. (The product isn't "sticky" as companies abandon it quickly. The feature has a leaky bucket!)
Using it: Frequency
This chart shows how often Using it companies interact with this feature on average.
Bucket makes frequency easy by breaking the data into four categories:
Daily, Weekly , Monthly or Quarterly.
To calculate the frequency score, we go through the following checks per company. The first check to match is company frequency score.
Daily
Time period: Past 2 weeks
If the company has interacted with the feature more than 60% of the days in the time period, the company is marked as Daily. This means >= 8 days out of 14.
Weekly
Time period: Past 4 weeks
If the company has interacted with the feature more than 60% of the weeks in the time period, the company is marked as Weekly. This means >= 17 days out of 28.
Monthly
Time period: Past 12 weeks
If the company has interacted with the feature more than 60% of the weeks in the time period, the company is marked as Monthly. This means >= 7 weeks out of 12.
Quarterly
Time period: Past 12 weeks
If the company doesn't match any of the above, the company is marked as Quarterly. This means the company use the feature <= 5 weeks out of 12.
